Rugby Club Programs

Ready Rugby has been developing rugby programs for the Junior Rugby community for the past 4 years. We have been working in conjunction with and for the New South Wales Rugby Union and now the Australian Rugby Union. All our programs are designed to increase the player skill level and understanding through fun games.

We provide rugby clubs with the opportunity to increase the club’s success on the field through player and coach development. Our programs are specifically age group concentrated and we have a number of reputable coaches who work for us. The rugby programs are convenient through location and timing as we come to you when you want us.

Our programs are listed below and if you have any questions feel free to contact Jason on jason@readyrugby.com.au

Presentation and Registration Days

Our Presentation or Registration days are great fun! The players have fun playing the games we organise for them and the parents have a quiet couple of hours to catch up. We are flexible to fit in with the plans for the day and provide rugby games that suit the occasion. Feel free to contact us for further information or to plan an upcoming rugby event.

"We have engaged the services of Ready Rugby on a number of occasions, both as a provider of fun and entertainment on our Presentation Days and as a teacher of rugby skills for our players for structured training sessions.  Our players have loved every minute of the sessions, they enjoy themselves so much they don't even realise they are learning!  I would recommend Ready Rugby as a professional outfit, knowledgeable,  safety conscious, and enthusiastic"Kathy Davies, South Coogee Red Devils (Junior Rugby Football Club)

Coach the Coach and father Son Evenings

We realise that the coaches on the front line in the age groups of 5-9 years are dads. We also realise that these age groups can be a challenge to coach purely because it takes a very different mind set to provide the players with coaching session that will set them up for their future in rugby and keep them interested. With this in mind we have created a great 2 hour Coach the Coach program in which we run through all the skills necessary to successfully coach players between the ages of 5 and 9 years.

All you have to do is organise a suitable time for all your coaching staff to attend and contact us we do the rest.

SmartRugby

SmartRugby is an occupational health and safety program for Australia's Rugby participants. It is a compulsory minimum requirement for every coach and referee participating in Rugby where there is a tackling component. Ready Rugby offer the convenience of coming to your club and providing the SmartRugby program on the date and time you wish. We have a qualified SmartRugby presenter, Greg Gerrard, who can fit into your club's training program.

We understand that getting your coaches to attend the programs are an ongoing nightmare and often it is easier to run a SmartRugby program during or after a club event in which you know all coaches will attend.
